How we price register audit work
Most fixed asset register audits are quote-based. The figures below are starting points for planning — your scope memo states the fee before fieldwork begins.

What changes the estimate
- Number of buildings and gated zones
- Count of capitalized lines and high-value strata
- Quality of existing location and serial fields
- Acquisition history still unmerged in the register
- Photography or escort constraints
- Urgency relative to statutory audit fieldwork dates
Deposits and billing
Engagements above NT$50,000 typically require a 30% scheduling deposit once the scope memo is accepted. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the findings pack. Deposits hold field dates; see our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
