CloudApp FusionCom’s flagship engagement is a fixed asset register audit: a structured verification that the assets on your books still exist, sit where the register says they sit, and carry enough identifying detail for finance and operations to trust the list.

We work with controllers, plant accountants, and operations managers who need a clean register ahead of year-end, a financing review, or an internal control remediation. Engagements are delivered by practitioners who have walked factories, warehouses, and office floors across Taiwan — not by remote questionnaires alone.

Who it is for

Finance teams that maintain a fixed asset register spanning machinery, vehicles, leasehold improvements, IT hardware capitalized under policy, and furniture at one or more sites. If your register has grown through acquisitions, relocations, or rushed capitalization, this engagement rebuilds confidence in the listing without claiming to replace your statutory audit.

What you receive

A dated findings pack that lists agreed sampling coverage, verified assets, exceptions (missing, relocated, duplicated, or inadequately described), and recommended register adjustments. Management decides which adjustments to post; we do not book journal entries on your behalf.

Duration and delivery

Most single-site engagements run two to four weeks from scope lock to findings pack, depending on asset volume and site access windows. Multi-site work is sequenced by travel and shutdown calendars. Fieldwork is on-site in Taiwan; reporting can be delivered in person in Chung Li or by secure file transfer.

Included

  • Kick-off review of your current register format, capitalization policy notes, and prior-year findings
  • Sampling plan agreed with finance before fieldwork begins
  • Physical verification visits at named sites within Taiwan
  • Reconciliation of selected assets to purchase evidence, location tags, and depreciation schedules
  • Written findings pack with exception list, recommended register adjustments, and follow-up questions for management

Outside this engagement

  • Full statutory financial statement audit or opinion
  • Asset valuation or impairment modelling for IFRS/TW GAAP filing
  • Continuous monitoring software licences or hosted register systems
  • Tax filing preparation or filing submission

How the work unfolds

  1. Briefing and scope lock

We confirm entity structure, site list, register extract date, and sampling approach. No fieldwork starts until the brief is signed back.

  2. Desk preparation

Your team shares the register extract, capitalization notes, and access contacts. We prepare site checklists and tag samples.

  3. Field verification

Practitioners walk selected locations, match tags and descriptions, note missing or surplus items, and photograph exceptions where permitted.

  4. Reconciliation and report

Exceptions are tied back to the register. You receive a findings pack suitable for management and for sharing with your statutory auditor.

Fees

Fees are quote-based on site count, register volume, and travel within Taiwan. Typical fixed asset register audits for a single mid-size plant start from NT$85,000.
